The low-cost re-routing engine for India's 10-minute economy.
India delivers at a scale and speed no one else does, last-mile parcels, 10-minute groceries, an open network reaching 2 800+ cities. Every one of those drops is a route that has to change, and on the usual stack every change is a billed map call. We are the engine that re-plans in milliseconds, in-region on your own map. The map, the licence and the location data stay in India, and stay with you.
Built for how India actually delivers
Not a translated template. We tuned the engine for the day you actually run, and the mathematics is solved, not guessed.
Two-wheeler first
Your last mile is two-wheelers and scooters. Not vans. We route for the shortcuts a car can never take.
Real India addresses
“Behind the blue tank, near the kirana”, no PIN code. So we find the door by landmark, not by a number that may not be there.
Keeps going through the monsoon
Signal drops. The plan does not. The whole day re-routes itself through monsoon flooding and festival closures, offline.
Your data stays home
Nothing leaves India. It runs on your own servers, DPDP Act-aligned.
Pay in rupees, through UPI and cash-on-delivery. We built this for operators like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Delhivery and Shadowfax. Want proof? Drop a real day of stops into the demo and watch it re-plan, in your own numbers.
Four ways in, all built for India
Each is the engine, not the map, so it runs inside your stack, on your hardware, with location data staying in the country.
Last-mile & courier fleets
A growing last-mile market and rising parcel volumes mean the routing bill grows with you. Run the engine on your own servers and the cost stays flat as the fleet scales. Reaches the smaller cities through OpenStreetMap, where coverage keeps growing.
Quick-commerce & dark stores
A 10-minute promise lives or dies on the re-route. As an order, a rider or a road condition changes, we absorb it as a tiny update in milliseconds instead of recomputing the whole batch, so dispatch from your dark stores stays fast and cheap at peak.
The open network
The open network thesis is India choosing open rails over a single gatekeeper. An open, low-cost routing engine fits that thesis exactly: any buyer or seller-side app can license the kernel and route on a shared open map, with no platform owning the data in between.
Drone delivery & logistics
India is backing drones hard, friendlier rules, manufacturing incentives, and a goal to be a global drone hub by 2030. Routing runs on the craft's own compute, not a cloud map service, with multi-craft dynamic re-routing licensed into your flight stack or ground station.
How we work in India
Designed from day one to fit the way India is choosing to build, open rails, in-country data, low cost per delivery.
In-region, data stays in India
The engine runs on the device or on your own servers in India. Routes and locations never leave the country, which sits well with India's new data-protection law.
Open map, no per-call bill
It runs on OpenStreetMap or your own road graph. You pay for the licence and your own compute, not a meter that ticks on every re-route as volume grows.
Built for Indian engineering teams
India has one of the deepest engineering and capability-centre talent pools in the world. We ship a clean kernel your own team can host, tune and own, not a black box.
Proven on your routes first
We start with a benchmarked pilot on your real Indian routes, so the saving is measured in your own numbers before any scale-up. No claims you cannot check.
The proof, measured, reproducible
We bring a benchmark, not a brochure. We beat Google's OR-Tools 9 out of 9 on the public benchmarks, and every number is reproducible with one command, on India's own cities.
